Terms of use

Effective October 22, 2026. These terms apply to Wythe Data Solutions LLC and the websites we operate.

Our role

We are a referral and marketing service, not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise, quote, price, guarantee or warrant any work, and no contract for work is formed with us. Any agreement for work is between you and the business you choose to hire. Verify any contractor's license at myfloridalicense.com and ask for proof of insurance before hiring.

Fees

Homeowners never pay us. Participating businesses may pay us a marketing fee. We charge no fee, and receive no compensation, for referrals of work paid from property insurance claim proceeds (Fla. Stat. 489.147).

SMS program terms

• Program: Wythe Data Solutions service messages: request confirmations and contact from your matched pro (homeowners), and new-request alerts (participating contractors).
• Consent: homeowners opt in by checking the consent box on our quote forms; contractors opt in when they enroll. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: varies with your request or your lead volume.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. Help: reply HELP or email dev@wythedatasolutions.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No warranty; limitation of liability

Our websites and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any work performed, or not performed, by any business, or for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

Florida law governs these terms. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Polk County, Florida.
